an 88,715-square-foot office building at 17542 E. 17th St. in Tustin. ING represented itself. Michael Randall and Ryan Gallagher of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the seller.
Climatech paid $4.6 million to Fidelis LLC for an 18,074-square-foot office building at 18002 Cowan in Irvine. David Romero of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented Climatech. Jeff Williams of Voit Commercial Brokerage LP represented the seller.
Glenaire Inc. paid $3 million to Miauw Khin Darmawan for a 20,000-square-foot industrial building at 641 S. State College Blvd. in Fullerton. MEA Properties paid $2.4 million to Color Digit for an 11,380-square-foot industrial building at 23281 Vista Grande in Laguna Hills. Vancouver, British Columbia-based MEA bought the building as part of an expansion in Cal-ifornia. Steve Lane of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented MEA Properties. Cedar Mountain LLC paid $2.1 million to Cardinal Investment Prop-erties for a
17,400-square-foot industrial building at 537 W. Valencia Drive in Fullerton. Mike Vernick and Mike Hefner of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the buyer. Steve Brackmann of Ashwill Associates represented the seller, Cardinal Investment Properties.
Radco Investments paid $1.2 million to North Anaheim Industrial Park for a 6,018-square-foot industrial building at 1285 N. Patt St. in Anaheim. Mike Vernick of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the buyer. Jim Deregt and Brad Gilmer of Lee & Associates represented North Anaheim Industrial Park.
Markimex Inc., a wholesaler of plumbing products, fasteners and hardware, leased a 40,110-square-foot industrial building at 2712 McGaw Ave. in Irvine. The five-year deal is valued at $1.54 million.
