SALES

Steadfast Properties paid $13.3 million to M/M Thomas and Vy Zapara for a 123,412-square-foot flex-tech building at 2801 Kelvin Ave. in Irvine. John Matus, Christine Bowen and Dave Whitney of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented both parties.

An unnamed private investor paid $13 million to an undisclosed German investor for a 53,552-square-foot, four-story office building at 3991 MacArthur Blvd. in Newport Beach. Mike Meisenbach and Brian Garbutt of Lee & Associates represented both parties.

Marino Investments paid $11 million to CH Realty/Brea LP for the 45,014-square-foot Brea Imperial Center at 2727 E. Imperial Highway in Brea. Gary Stache, Phil Voorhees and Pat Scruggs of CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented both parties.

The Galitzan Family Trust paid $4.1 million to the David Keith Jones Family Trust for the 21-unit Huntington Heights Apartments at 16884 Sims St. in Huntington Beach. Grant Hahn of Morgan Skendarian Real Estate Investment Group represented the seller. David Abu of Coastline Realty represented the buyer.

Don Shepherd paid $3.4 million to The Roy Cedarstrom Family Trust of San Clemente for the 32-unit Buena Casa Apartments at 8071 7th St. in Buena Park. Grant Hahn of Morgan Skendarian Investment Real Estate Group represented the seller. Steve Heri and Cari Weichman of CB Richard Ellis represented Shepherd.

San Francisco-based Market Street Properties paid $3 million to Newport Beach-based Turner Development Corp. for the 32,455-square-foot Monroe Business Park at 700 to 720 Monroe Way in Placentia. Jeff Chiate and Rick Ellison of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented the buyer. Turner Development represented itself.

Viet Van Dang and Thuy Tran Dang paid $1.5 million to Nelson and Maria Brewart and Phil and Susan Dodge for the 16-unit Sallie Lane Apartments at 1833 to 1837 W. Sallie Lane in Anaheim. Anthony Wu of Century 21-Olympic Team represented the buyers. Rick Applebaum of Morgan Skendarian Investment Real Estate Group represented the sellers.

Damon Kuntz paid $1.4 million to 235 E. Nevada Partners of Los Angeles for an eight-unit apartment complex at 116 Loma Lane in San Clemente. Rick Applebaum of Morgan Skendarian Investment Real Estate Group represented the seller. Gary Ceaser of First Team Estates represented Kuntz.

LEASES

Civil litigation firm Wolfe & Wyman LLP leased 15,767 square feet of office space at 5 Park Plaza in Irvine. The seven-year deal is valued at $3 million. Royce Sharf, Michael Props and Scott Granger of Studley represented Wolfe & Wyman. Craig Brashier of landlord The Irvine Company represented his company.

Residential Fire Systems Inc. leased 6,208 square feet of industrial space at 2871 E. Via Martens in Anaheim. Terms weren’t disclosed. Paul Fisher of Capital Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant and landlord Edwin P. Matin.

Dolco Packaging renewed their lease for 60,250 square feet of industrial space at 2300 Raymer St. in Fullerton. The 10-year deal is valued at $3.5 million. Brian Bennett of The Saywitz Co. represented Dolco Packaging. Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented landlord HC Fullerton LLC.

Interek Testing Services renewed their lease for 17,626 square feet of industrial space at 27611 La Paz Road in Laguna Niguel. The five-year deal is valued at $1 million. Rob Socci, Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented landlord and sister company Voit Development Co., both part of Woodland Hills-based Voit Cos. Bruce Hoffman of Equis Corp. represented Interek Testing Services.
