Savi Ranch Parkway LLC paid $7.6 million to Koll Savi LLC for a 48,800-square-foot office building at 22800 Savi Ranch Parkway in Yorba Linda. Louis Tomaselli, Mitch Zehner and Mike Boomer of Voit Commercial represented both parties.
Smart Systems Technologies Inc. paid $2.6 million to Robert D. and Jeffrey P. Friedman for an 18,353-square-foot research and development building at 9 Goodyear in Irvine. Mike Bouma, Trent Walker and Dave Travis of Voit Commercial represented both parties.
Lanny Electronics Inc. paid $2.5 million to Voit Development Co. for a 27,734-square-foot industrial building at 760 Challenger in Brea. Architectural firm Ralph Allen & Partners paid $2.4 million to Leo Alonso for an 18,790-square-foot industrial building at 2400 Pullman St. in Santa Ana. I Source paid $2.2 million to Centre/PB Commerce Center for a 7,607-square-foot industrial building at 5 Rancho Circle and a 6,240-square-foot industrial building at 6 Rancho Circle, both in Lake Forest.
