SALES

Loan Phuong Trang paid $2.3 million to Marilyn Miller Mailloux for a 15-apartment complex at 1401 E. Burton St. in Anaheim. The apartments sold for $153,333 each. Chris Hackett of Hackett Williams represented the buyer. Joseph Berkson of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services Inc. represented the seller.

An undisclosed buyer paid $1.7 million to Dilip R. Bhatt for a six-apartment complex at 2417 Orange Ave. in Costa Mesa. The apartments sold for $283,333 each. Joseph Berkson of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services represented the seller.

Door Systems Inc. paid $1.4 million to an undisclosed seller for an 11,452-square-foot building at 2401 to 2409 S. Broadway in Santa Ana. The building sold for $122 per square foot. Tony Gleason of Voit Real Estate Services represented both parties.

Moulds Plus International, maker of a cleaning product called ultra purge, paid $611,250 to Master Development Corp. for a 3,750-square-foot building at 1521 E. McFadden Ave. in Santa Ana. The building sold for $163 per square foot. Dale Luther of Lee & Associates represented the buyer. Bucky Gillett of Gillett Commercial and Kirstin Emershaw of Rev & #233; Pacific LLC represented the seller.

George and Toni Burns paid $390,000 to Master Development Corp. for a 2,500-square-foot building at 1607 E. McFadden Ave. in Santa Ana. The building sold for $156 per square foot. Bob Mellema of KW Commercial represented the buyer. Bucky Gillett of Gillett Commercial and Kirstin Emershaw of Rev & #233; Pacific represented the seller.


LEASES

Incipio Technologies, a designer of iPod cases and other accessories, leased a 25,000-square-foot space at 1842 Barranca Parkway in Irvine. The company is moving its headquarters from elsewhere in Irvine. The 7-year lease was valued at $2.2 million. Byron Foss and Wade Tift of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the tenant. Dave Desper, Nick Spatafore and Zach Zanolli of CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. represented landlord Western State Technologies.

CC California Cabinets Inc., an installer of kitchen cabinets, granite slabs and stone mosaics, leased an 11,962-square-foot industrial building at 11730 Seaboard Circle in Stanton. The duration wasn’t disclosed. The lease was valued at $250,000. Jack Haley of Lee & Associates represented the tenant. David Cox of Cox Commercial Inc. represented landlord Hassapis Properties LLC.
