SALES

Crow Holdings bought the 221,224-square-foot Imperial East Shopping Center in Brea for $35 million.

LEASES

Alcone Marketing Group subleased a 38,275-square-foot building at 15 Whatney in the Irvine Spectrum. The transaction is valued at more than $1.1 million. Lee & Associates represented Alcone in the transaction. IN/House Corporate Real Estate represented Sonnet Technologies, the leasing tenant.

Screen Printers Resource leased a 39,455-square-foot industrial building at 2320 E. Orangethorpe Ave. in Fullerton. The five-year lease is valued at $1.373 million. Premier Business Properties represented both SPR and the landlord, Sg/H Partners.

First American Title leased a 23,220-square-foot building at 1217 Normandy Place in Santa Ana for 10 years. Grubb & Ellis represented First American. Lee & Associates represented the landlord, J.R.M.V.

American Association of Critical-Care Nurses has renewed two leases for 34,000-square-foot sites at 101 Columbia Building and Columbia Corporate Center in Aliso Viejo. The leases are valued at more than $4 million. Cushman Realty Corp. represented the association in the transaction. American Industrial Properties REIT owns both sites.

Ethan Allen Inc. leased a 110,250-sqaure-foot industrial building at 1335 Philadelphia St. in Pomona. The 7.5- year lease is valued at $4 million. Lee & Associates represented Ethan Allen. The landlord, Southern California Distribution Center LLC, was represented by CB Richard Ellis.

Nanopropulsion Co. LLC leased a 20,000-square-foot facility at 1601 Alton Parkway in Irvine. The lease is worth $1.2 million. Voit Commercial Brokerage represented Nanopropulsion in the deal.

OTHER

Link4Homes.com launched its updated real estate Web site. The site will provide consumers with the newest technology for buying and selling homes.

Douglas E. Barnhart Inc. completed the 92,000-square-foot Pioneer Middle School in Tustin. Barnhart also broke ground on the 49,150-square-foot Ladera Elementary School in Tustin.

ByDMK completed tenant improvements totaling 150,000 square feet for Pacific Bell and United Cerebral Palsy at the Mission Corporate Center in San Diego. The contract was valued at $530,000.

Andrew L. Youngquist Construction broke ground at 500 Grand Ave. in Escondido on a senior apartment community. The 112 units are a part of the $6.7 million Escondido Vista, an affordable-housing program.
