Twomey Holdings LLC paid $11.3 million to SVN Equities, the investment arm of Irvine-based Sperry Van Ness, for a 99,674-square-foot, five-building business park at 12600 to 12640 Westminster Ave. in Garden Grove. John Rothwell and Jim St. Omer Roy of Daum Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer. Frank Kosi of Sperry Van Ness represented the seller.
Hung V. Ong, a doctor, paid $3.9 million to AEA Investments III LLC for two office buildings totaling 8,969 square feet at 325 and 333 N. Newport Blvd. in Newport Beach, across from Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian. The buildings sold for $434 per square foot. Art Holland of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the buyer. Kevin Quick of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented the seller.
CRT One LLC paid $3.5 million to Meyers & Roy LLC for a 20,500-square-foot industrial building at 30412 Esperanza in Rancho Santa Margarita. Bryan Miller, David Williams, Craig Fitterer and Mark Jerue of Lee & Associates represented both parties.

Irvine-based Source One Medical, a seller of electric wheelchairs and scooters, leased 16,901 square feet of sales and warehouse space at 38 Tesla in the Irvine Spectrum. Baldwin Park-based United Air Conditioning Service Co. leased 4,411 square feet of industrial space in the Yorba Linda Business Park at 22343 La Palma Ave. in Yorba Linda.
