Tuscan Villas Apartment Co. paid $10.5 million to Pollack Family Trust for the 84-unit Rancho La Chirpa Apartments at 2301 W. La Habra Blvd. in La Habra. Douglas McCauley and Stephen Novarro of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co. represented both parties.
Solomon Afrahim paid $4.2 million to Clearday Associates Ltd. for a 16,588-square-foot office building at 2706 Harbor Blvd. in Costa Mesa. Gary Stache, Pat Scruggs and Phil Voorhees of CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. represented both parties.
Ray and Greta Taylor paid $4 million to Fitch Industries for a 26,675-square-foot industrial building at 26801 Vista Terrace in Lake Forest. Tim Walker of Voit Commercial Brokerage LP represented both parties.
BKM Development LLC paid $3.3 million to Redhill Pullman LLC for the 24,149-square-foot Redhill Pullman Business Park at 3188 Pullman St. in Costa Mesa. Kiddie Academy International Inc. paid $2.9 million to David Kalili for a 16,000-square-foot industrial building at 16661 Noyes Ave. in Irvine. Jeff Mitchell and John Collins of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented both parties.

Homebuilder D.R. Horton Inc. paid an undisclosed sum to Kayco Plaza Partners LP for a 3.5-acre land parcel with an office and medical building at 2100 to 2110 E. Katella Ave. in Anaheim. Parcels in the area have gone for as much as $4 million an acre with a rush of developers to the area around Angel Stadium of Anaheim. The land parcel has been rezoned for condominiums. Aerospace fittings maker Aerofit Inc. leased 67,000 square feet of space at 1426 Acacia Ave. in Fullerton. The six-year deal is valued at $2.6 million. Aerofit moved following a consolidation after 40 years in Buena Park. Realtech Real Estate Services Inc. represented the tenant. Rick Ellison, Jeff Chiate and Peter Sowa of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented landlord RREEF Funds LLC, part of Deutsche Bank AG.
Landmark Equities Group leased 10,000 square feet of office space at 2415 Campus Drive in Irvine. The five-year deal is valued at $1.1 million. Peter O’Neill of Costa Mesa-based Corporate Realty Solutions represented the tenant. Tom Taylor and Gary McArdell of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented landlord CVK Partners LP.
Metronome Inc. leased 5,673 square feet of office space in the Irvine Corporate Park at 2154 Michelson Drive in Irvine. The four-year deal is valued at $282,000. Ross Bourne of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant. Landlord Olen Commercial Realty represented itself.
CitiFinancial leased 1,775 square feet of office space in the Orange Villa Shopping Center at 2026 N. Tustin St. in Orange. Terms of the lease weren’t disclosed.
