Industrial was represented by Chris Migliori from Daum Commercial Real Estate Services of Anaheim. Walter Frome of Trammel Crow Companies represented the trust.
A joint venture of Newport Beach-based Touchstone Investments, Professional Real Estate Services and AG Real Estate Funds acquired the two-building, 123,700-square-foot Armstrong Technology Center in Irvine from Kirsch Inc. for $5.75 million. Jim DeGraw of CB Richard Ellis represented all parties in the deal.

Beech Street Corp. preleased 52,000 square feet of the under-construction, 322,000-square-foot Pacific Vista office campus from Trammel Crow Co. Beech Street signed a five-year lease to start in November. The healthcare provider will relocate its headquarters from Irvine to the Lake Forest site.
