Hamilton Airway LLC paid $5.9 million to Vista Murrel Associates LLC for a 35,190-square-foot office building at 2800 Saturn St. in Brea. Maury Panza of Collins Commercial Corp. represented the buyer. Louis Tomaselli, Mitch Zehner and Mike Boomer of Voit Commercial Brokerage LP represented the seller.

Integrated Resources LLC paid $5.9 million to NNT Properties LLC for the 33-unit French Country Apartments in Anaheim. Tom Nguyen of NAI Capital Commercial Real Estate Services represented both parties.

Granite Homes paid $5.4 million to Mike Dolan for a 29,187-square-foot office building at 17891 Cartwright Road in Irvine. John Griffin of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the buyer. Geoff de Wolf of NAI Capital Commercial represented the seller.

Tustin Irvine Medical Center paid $4.2 million to an undisclosed seller for a 38,636-square-foot industrial center at 1530 to 1534 E. Edinger Ave. in Santa Ana. Allen Buchanan of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services represented both parties.

Mach Van Dang paid $3.6 million to Roger D. Ayers for a 20-unit apartment complex at 10412 to 10422 Fern Ave. in Stanton. Gary Tolfa of Investment Property Group in Newport Beach represented both parties.

An unnamed buyer paid $2.2 million to an undisclosed seller for a 13,050-square-foot strip shopping center at 2451 E. Orangethorpe Ave. in Fullerton. Joseph Lising of Hanley Brown Group represented the buyer. David Stahl of Metro Resources represented the seller.

Dan Winkler paid the Kelso Family Trust $1.9 million for a 12,000-square-foot industrial building at 1381 N. Hundley St. in Anaheim. Mike Vernick and Mike Hefner of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented both parties.

An unnamed buyer paid $1 million to Hazel Taketa for a nine-unit apartment complex at 1015 W. Richland Ave. in Santa Ana. John Nguyen and Jonathan Mitchell of Marcus & Millichap Corporate Real Estate Services Co. represented both parties.

David Gabriel paid $972,000 to Guthrie Mariner Street LLC for 5,719 square feet of industrial space at 907 Mariner St. in Brea. Ben Seybold and Zach Niles of CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. represented both parties.

Scott and Elizabeth Hart paid $745,000 to the Hall Family Trust of Garden Grove for an eight-unit apartment complex at 728 E. Walnut St. in Santa Ana. Rick Applebaum, Doug Rodermund and Damien Breaux of Morgan Skendarian Investment Real Estate Group represented both parties.

Jose Rodriguez paid $618,000 to Ted Miller for two apartments at 514 N. Bristol Ave. in Santa Ana. Fay Dolatshahi represented the buyer. Alan Acree of Morgan Skendarian Investment represented the seller.

UOP LLC, a maker of products for the oil and chemical industries, renewed a lease for 45,801 square feet of industrial space at 2030 to 2100 Orangethorpe Ave. in Anaheim. The five-year lease is valued at $1.9 million. Brad Gilmer, Cliff Fincher, Ken Franzese, John Cassidy, Dave Hunsaker and Chuck Noble of Lee & Associates represented the tenant and landlord Hunsaker Management Inc.

Medical Center for Women leased 13,500 square feet of medical office space in the planned Providence Center on Laguna Road and Sunny Crest Drive in Fullerton. The 10-year lease is valued at $5.3 million. The first phase of the 85,000-square-foot Providence Center project now is 42% preleased. Construction is set to start in March with completion in spring 2007. Barry Saywitz of The Saywitz Co. represented the tenant. Garth Hogan of Medical Realty Corp. represented Newport Beach-based developer Accretive Realty Advisors Inc.

Motion Industries renewed its lease for 4,800 square feet of distribution space at 17344 Eastman in Irvine. The value of the three-year lease wasn’t disclosed. Lee McCullough of Colliers Seeley International Inc. represented the tenant. Nick Spatafore and Dave Desper of CB Richard Ellis represented landlord Bradmore Investment Co.

Accounting firm Olmsted & Associates leased 4,737 square feet of office space in the Fountain Valley Plaza at 10540 Talbert Ave. in Fountain Valley. The four-year lease is valued at $440,000. Darren Kim of Coreland Cos. represented the tenant. Landlord Arden Realty Inc. represented itself.
