Euclid Plaza Co. sold the 16,800-square-foot Anaheim Memorial Professional Center at 1164 to 1184 N. Euclid St. in Anaheim to CCA Equities Ltd. for $2.6 million. David Black of Marcus & Millichap represented Euclid Plaza. Michael Lawrence and Steve Russell of Marcus & Millichap’s Newport Beach office represented CCA Equities.

A private investor bought the 26-unit El Patio Apartments at 7221 Trask Ave. in Westminster from a private limited liability company for $2 million. Joseph Berkson of Marcus & Millichap represented the buyer. Jon Mitchell and Breyan Ruane of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller.

38th Street Metro IV Ltd. sold the 32,220-square-foot, two-story Offices at Westridge building at 1208 S. Beach Blvd. in La Habra to a private investor for $2.7 million. Michael Lawrence and Landon Wright of Marcus & Millichap represented 38th Street Metro.

A private investor acquired a 14-unit apartment complex at 4111 Howard Ave. in Los Alamitos for $1.1 million. Joseph Berkson of Marcus & Millichap represented the buyer. The seller wasn’t disclosed.

Passco Real Estate Enterprises Ltd. paid $8.9 million to Harberken Yukaipa for the 90,329-square-foot Yucaipa Shopping Center. Gregory Brown, Alan Krueger and Edward Hanley of Marcus & Millichap represented both parties.

A family trust bought the 22,000-square-foot Harbor Lilac Shopping Center at 16040 Harbor Blvd. in Fountain Valley for $1.6 million. Joseph Lising and Mike Marcu of Marcus & Millichap represented the undisclosed seller.

Jolynn K. Benn paid $950,000 to SHHAC for a 7,391-square-foot office at 335 Centennial Way in Tustin. Tom Abel of CB Richard Ellis’ Anaheim office represented the buyer. Chris Latta of Lee & Associates represented SHHAC.

Hermen L. Weiner sold a 43,868-square-foot industrial building in Santa Fe Springs to Turner Development Corp. for $3.3 million. Lee & Associates represented Turner Development. Scott Smith, Steve Batcheller and Pat Welsh of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller.

Turner Development Corp. paid $3.5 million to Fujita for a 58,000-square-foot industrial building in the Irvine Business Complex at 1822 Reynolds in Irvine. John Griffin of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented Turner Development. John Pagliassotti of Voit represented Fujita.

Robert Clayton acquired the 5,978-square-foot Riverdale Plaza at 3201 to 3213 N. Glassel in Orange from Amonrat Heyser for $785,000. Gregory Brown and Edward Hanley of Marcus & Millichap represented both parties.

Richmond American Homes bought a third residential subdivision within the masterplanned community of Orangecrest County in Riverside from Anaheim Hills-based Communities Southwest. Mackey O’Donnell, Mike Hunter and Paul Grover of O’Donnell/Atkins Co. represented the seller.

Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co. in Newport Beach sold the 124-unit Canyon Point apartments in Aliso Viejo to Redwood Residential LLC for $18.6 million. Joe Leon of Hendricks & Partners’ Newport Beach office represented both parties.

Master Development Corp. sold its remaining building at Skylab Corporate Center to Morgan Concepts LLC for $4 million. The sheet metal fabricator has been a tenant of the 46,000-square-foot building B at 5921 Skaylab Road in Huntington Beach since its completion in late 2000. Brad Bierbaum of CB Richard Ellis’ Anaheim office represented Master Development. Wayne Lambert of Colliers Seeley represented Morgan.


Leases

Paulsson Geophysical Services leased 21,600 square feet at 1215 Lambert Road in Brea from Cardinal Investments for five years. Ian Britton, Brad Bierbaum and Bob Goodmanson of CB Richard Ellis brokered the transaction.

Calico Brands leased a 228,423-square-foot industrial building in Ontario from Kensington-Ridge for $9 million. Bryan Miller of Lee & Associates-Orange Inc. and Jeff Smith of Lee & Associates-Ontario Inc. represented Calico. Ron Walshe and Mark Kegnas of Grubb & Ellis represented Kensington-Ridge.

International Color Posters Inc., a large-format printing company based in France, leased a 50,000-square-foot research and development building at 19651 Alter in Foothill Ranch from Western States Technologies for five years. International Color is set to consolidate some of its operations at the site. Gregg Haly of CB Richard Ellis’ Newport Beach office represented both parties.

Richard Means & Associates leased a 2,297-square-foot office space at 1475 S. State College Blvd. in Anaheim from Amir Shahandeh. The five-year pact was valued at $190.000. Cushman & Wakefield represented Richard Means. Tom Abel of CB Richard Ellis’ Anaheim office represented the landlord.

Other

Essex Realty Management Inc. received a contract from Rockfield Associates to manage the 45,000-square-foot Rockfield Plaza office building at 23832 Rockfield Blvd. in Lake Forest. The assignment brings the company’s management portfolio to more than 6 million square feet throughout California.

Warland Investments Co. completed construction of two buildings valued at $16 million in Warland Cypress Business Center at 5730 and 5660 Katella Ave. in Cypress. The two buildings are a 64,904-square-foot technology facility and 47,096-square-foot of offices. Todd Taugner, David Prior and Murray Smith of The Klabin Co. are the marketing agents for the buildings.
