The property is composed of five freestanding buildings, with seven tenants. Apex Properties represented the buyer. Tri Models paid $2.1 milion to an undisclosed seller for a 12,127-square-foot industrial building at 5322 Oceanus Drive in Huntington Beach. The buyer plans to occupy the property doing business as an aircraft wind tunnel model fabricator. Kirk Cole of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the buyer. Progressive Community and Vocational Services LLC paid $1.6 million for an 8,000-square-foot industrial building at 2034 Placentia Ave. in Costa Mesa. Jack McNutt of Grubb & Ellis represented the buyer, which is a vocational school that serves developmentally disabled clients by providing daytime programs that focus on developing vocational skills.
