King Architectural Metal, a maker of decorative metal for homes that’s part of Dallas-based King Supply Co., leased 64,400 square feet of warehouse space at 6300 Valley View St. in Buena Park. Dallas-based Centex Corp. leased 46,326 square feet of office space at Mission Ridge at 27201 Puerta Real in Mission Viejo. The office is set to serve as a regional sales and marketing office for the homebuilder, which plans to move in June. The company’s local office now is in Irvine.
