An unnamed development company paid $25.7 million to Rong Bor Wu for the 123-unit Heritage Village Apartments at 2833 N. Bristol St. in Santa Ana. Wescom Credit Union paid $17.4 million to Birtcher Anderson Realty for a 117,523-square-foot office building at 5601 E. La Palma Ave. in Anaheim. Pasadena-based Wescom plans to use the site as a regional processing facility. Rick Warner of CB Richard Ellis represented both parties.

Educational Resource Fund paid $2.13 million to Independent Financial Mortgage Inc. for a 9,984-square-foot research and development building at 26882 Vista Terrace in Lake Forest.
