Scott Sterling paid $3.4 million to Rob Socci for a 22,350-square-foot industrial building at 1201 Wakeham Ave. in Santa Ana. Kevin Thomas of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented the buyer.
John and Nancy Goodlad paid $2.3 million to Hadjis Family Living Trust for a 10,429-square-foot building in Talega Business Park at 1245 Puerta Del Sol in San Clemente. The flex-tech building is the headquarters for Oggi’s Pizza & Brewing Co. John Read of Sperry Van Ness Asset Management & Leasing represented the buyers. Jim Gotses of Pacific West Asset Management Corp. represented the seller.
Santa Ana-based Aluminum Precision Products Inc., a maker of aluminum forgings, paid $2.2 million to Industrial Investment Trust for the 15,275-square-foot industrial building at 3151 W. Adams St. in Santa Ana. Aluminum Precision represented itself. Christopher Chinnici of Collins Commercial Corp. represented the seller.
An undisclosed buyer paid $1.6 million to United Title Co. for a 7,558-square-foot office building at 1650 E. Fourth St. in Santa Ana. John Burke and Ryan Ward from Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co. represented both parties.
Rodrick and Nancy Cuervo paid $1.6 million to Antonio Raul Muniz Trust for a 6,325-square-foot retail building at 122 E. 17th St. in Santa Ana. Roman Ciuni of NAI Capital Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer. Jeff Mitchell and Greg Velastegui of Voit Commercial Brokerage LP represented the seller.
The Fakhimi Family Trust paid $1.3 million to BKM Development Co. for a 6,455-square-foot building at 3199 Red Hill Ave. in Costa Mesa. The property is set to be the headquarters for Planet Beauty, a beauty supply retailer owned by the Fakhimis. Tom Abel, CJ Stos and Jeff More of CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. represented the buyer. Nonprofit Integrity House paid $1.2 million to GS Properties for a 15,000-square-foot office building at 2043 N. Broadway in Santa Ana. Integrity House, which serves people suffering from brain trauma and disabilities, has moved from Fullerton. Roger Kinoshita of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the buyer. Premier Office Centers LLC paid an undisclosed sum to Diversified Business Services Inc. for executive suites at 19200 Von Karman Ave. and 2600 Michelson Drive in Irvine, and at 5020 Campus Drive in Newport Beach. Both companies represented themselves in the deal.
Northridge-based D’Ellegance Furniture leased 8,194 square feet of space in the Huntington Beach Town & Country Shopping Center at 18582 Beach Blvd. in Huntington Beach. The value of the five-year lease wasn’t disclosed. The furniture retailer is set to open another store at the site early next year.
