Van Buren Plaza LLC paid $18.3 million to Costa Mesa-based Guthrie Development Co.’s Tustin Guthrie Venture for the 184,083-square-foot Tustin Freeway Commerce Center at 320 to 436 Sixth St. in Tustin.
