San Francisco-based F & B; Properties purchased the Walnut Avenue Business Park, a 74,453-square-foot multi-tenant industrial park at 3259 Walnut Ave. in Signal Hill for $5.4 million. Toshiba America Business Solutions Inc. signed a $1.5-million lease of a 46,620-square-foot industrial building at 8870 Rex Road in Pico Rivera. The landlord, Majestic/AMB Pico Rivera Business Center I, was represented by Louis Tomaselli, Mitch Zehner and Rob Socci of Voit Commercial Brokerage’s Anaheim Metro office. Toshiba was represented by Julian J. Studley Inc.
The Law Offices of Knobbe, Martens, Olson & Brea LP leased an 8,392-square-foot-office in Riverside at 3403 Tenth St. from Riverside Centre Associates. The law office was represented by Doug Killian of Voit Commerical Brokerage’s Irvine office, while the landlord was represented by Lee & Associates.
