SALES

182,236-square-foot building at 7301 Orangewood Ave. in Garden Grove for $13.5 million. Roger Egge of CB Richard Ellis represented the plastics manufacturer and Greg Ozimec, Michael Bouma and Alan Pekarcik of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the seller.

Fakouri Electrical Engineering purchased a 14,980-square-foot building at 30202 Esperanza in Rancho Santa Margarita from Coppertree Business Park for $1.58 million. Craig Fitterer of Lee & Associates represented FFE and Ted Snell of CB Richard Ellis represented the Business Park.


LEASES

Ultra Coach Builders Inc. has leased a 47,319-square-foot industrial building at 1771 Delilah St. in Corona. The transaction was valued at $1.2 million. Bryan Miller of Lee & Associates-Orange Inc. represented the limousine manufacturer and Larry Null of Lee & Associates-Riverside Inc. represented the landlord, Moran Corona.

Coast National Insurance Co. has leased five floors at 505 N. Euclid St. in Anaheim. The transaction is a five-year lease for 54,855 square feet. Jeff Tabor of Corporate Realty Advisors represented Coast National and Rick Warner of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, Brutoco Inc.

Geo-Logistics Inc. has leased 24,962 square feet of office space at 1251 Dyer Road in the Orange County Business Center. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Mike Merk of Grubb & Ellis represented the global freight company and Barry Gail and David Dowd of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Sares-Regis Group, Irvine.

The County of Los Angeles leased 127,567-square-feet of office space at 12440 Imperial Highway in Norwalk. The lease is valued at more than $20 million. Greg May, David Bui and Richard Grande of Transwestern Commercial Services represented the landlords, Transwestern and Starwood Capital.

Roger Foams Corp. leased a 27,238-square-foot industrial building at 808 Nicholas Ave. in Orange. Guy La Ferrara of Lee & Associates represented the specialty materials manufacturer and Brian Corrigan, Nick Roussos and Alan Pekarcik of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the landlord.

eLiberation .com subleased 16,320 square feet at the PacifiCare Building at 23046 Avenida de la Carlota in Laguna Hills. John Wadsworth of The Seeley Co. represented the e-commerce company and the sublessor, NovaStar Financial. The building is owned by Lend Lease Real Estate Investments.

Richards Packaging leased 35,997 square feet of warehouse space at 14330 Carmenita Road in Norwalk. Kent Ebinger of Lee & Associates represented the glass and packaging manufacturer and Daniel Weil and Patrick Remolacio of The Seeley Co. represented the landlord, Bixby Land Co.

Spectrum Juvenile Products Inc. subleased 12,780 square feet at 16320 Bloomsfield Ave. in Cerritos. Christopher Sheehan of The Seeley Co. represented the baby-stroller manufacturer and Mike Russell with the Orange County office of Mohr Partners represented the sublessor.

Wells Fargo Bank leased a 5,000-square-foot building at 1801 17th St. in Santa Ana. In a separate transaction, Wells Fargo leased 1,718 square feet at 25332 Cabot Road in Laguna Hills from Pilgrimage Counseling Group. The bank also leased ATM locations at 8901 Knott Ave. in Buena Park and 24791 Alicia Parkway in Mission Viejo. CB Richard Ellis represented Wells Fargo in all these transactions.

McDonald’s and Chevron leased 6,650 square feet at 201 E. Katella in Orange. CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, Wells Fargo Bank. Wells Fargo also leased out 4,193-square-feet at 501 El Camino Real in San Clemente to Pacific Mercantile Bank.


OTHER

DMK, Tustin, completed work on 12 buildings at the Mission Corporate Center, a 219,715-square-foot industrial and office complex in San Diego. The renovations and new construction were for CT Realty Corp. of Newport Beach and cost $4.5 million.

Property Management Associates, of Culver City, was awarded the management contract for the 125,000-square-foot Wells Fargo office building at 2700 N. Main St. in Santa Ana.

Andrew L. Youngquist Construction, Costa Mesa, has begun work on Phase I of the Uplands of Mauna Kea, a custom-home community on 40 acres of coastline in Hawaii. ALY will develop the first two phases of the $100 million project for Mauna Kea Properties.
