An undisclosed buyer paid $20 million to Reginald De La Questa for 119,000 square feet of retail
and office space at 23622 to 23646 Rockfield Blvd. and 23792 Rockfield Blvd. It was a 1031 tax deferred exchange for the buyer. Richard Walter and Dennis Vaccaro of Faris Lee Investments represented the buyer. Paul Callihan of Re/Max Realty represented the seller.
Rick Cooley paid $2.6 million to Leroy and Theresa Ostby for a 26,700-square-foot industrial building at 1221 Warner Ave. in Santa Ana. Greg Diab and Jack Haley of Lee & Associates Real Estate Services Inc. represented the seller. Chris Chinnici of Collins Commercial Corp. represented the buyer.
Di Franco Construction Inc. paid $1.7 million to Mettler Electronics Corp. for a 20,000-square-foot industrial building at 1430 S. Anaheim Blvd. in Anaheim. John Matus and Christine Bowen of Lee & Associates negotiated the deal for both parties.
Acacia Real Estate Group paid $1.5 million to Topy Enterprise for a 1.6-acre parcel at 2 Hughes in Irvine. Topy plans to build six office buildings for sale. John Matus and Christine Bowen of Lee & Associates represented Acacia. Jeff Carr of CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented Topy.
Robert and Patricia Sandberg paid $1.3 million to Leroy and Theresa Ostby for a 13,524-square-foot industrial building at 1231 to 1241 Warner Ave. in Santa Ana. Greg Diab and Jack Haley of Lee & Associates represented both parties.
Rygata LLC paid $1.1 million to Jash Properties LLC for a 9,000-square-foot industrial building at 1861 Miraloma in Placentia. Allen Buchanan of Lee & Associates represented both parties.
Intuitive Race Products LLC, a maker of motorcycle accessories, paid $1 million to Centra Realty Corp. for a 6,923-square-foot building at 8 Rancho Circle in Lake Forest. Dale Camera, Guy LaFerrara and Mike Baker of Lee & Associates represented the buyer. Mike Hartel and Joe Winkelmann of Colliers Seeley International Inc. represented Centra Realty.
LEASES
Dart Container Corp. renewed its 243,000-square-foot
lease at 1235 Quarry St. in Corona. The deal is valued at $3.5 million. Jeff Chiate and Rick Ellison of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented landlord Larry Bedrosian, who owns the former Steelcase Inc. campus in Tustin. Jeff Ruscigno of Lee & Associates represented the tenant.
Family Lending Services Inc. leased 30,000 square feet of office space at 18581 Teller Ave. in Irvine. Terms weren’t disclosed. Terry B. Knapper of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant. Landlord Equity Office Properties Trust represented itself.
