SALES

Inland Western Placentia LLC paid $25 million to Donahue Schriber Realty Group LP for 10 acres of retail space at 160 E. Yorba Linda Blvd. in Placentia. Mark Lucescu and Alan Kruege of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co. represented both parties.

Airway LP paid $17.2 million to Connecticut General Life Insurance Co. for two industrial and flex buildings totaling 156,723 square feet at 3030 and 3080 Airway Ave. in Costa Mesa. Jeff Chiate and Rick Ellison

of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented

the seller.

Newport Beach-based Searles DevCorp. paid $8.8 million to CT Realty Corp., also of Newport Beach, for two office buildings totaling 208,620 square feet at 27422 and 27442 Portola Parkway in Foothill Ranch. Searles DevCorp. appears to have bought out CT Realty’s stake in the Foothill Plaza buildings. Both companies bought into the buildings for $19 million in 2002. The companies represented themselves.

Red Hill Partners LP paid $5.1 million to Warner Redhill Investments LLC, for a 30,426-square-foot office building at 15901 Red Hill Ave. in Tustin. Rick Sherburne, Alex Hayden and Travis Boyd of CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented the buyer. Warner Redhill represented itself.

Atlas Commercial & Technical Inc. paid $4.6 million to Michael S. Richards for a 45,325-square-foot industrial building at 3366 E. La Palma Ave. in Anaheim. Arthur Holland and Jeff Read of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the buyer and the seller.

CSD Investment LLC paid $2.7 million to Yorba Linda McCormack Business Park for an 18,463-square-foot office building at 550 N. Parkcenter Drive in Santa Ana. Jonmark Fabiano and Phil Fridd of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented the buyer and the seller.

David Gleckman, owner of a screen-printing company in Rancho Santa Margarita, paid $1.2 million to Industrial Motions for a 6,600-square-foot industrial building at 23131 Arroyo Vista in Rancho Santa Margarita. Mark Jerue, Craig Fitterer and Dean Krieger of Lee & Associates represented both parties.

Double-H Properties LLC paid an undisclosed amount to F & F; Lake Forest Associates LLC for a 26,110-square-foot office building at 23201 Lake Center Drive in Lake Forest. Jeff Lerch and Tim Haves of CB Richard Ellis represented the buyer.

Valeo Cos. paid an undisclosed amount to Bake & Rancho JP/PI LLC for a 6,557-square-foot office building at 26473 Rancho Parkway in Lake Forest. Jeff Lerch and Tim Haves of CB Richard Ellis represented the buyer.

Unicorn Delivery leased 45,142 square feet of warehouse space at 2400 Garnsey St. in Santa Ana. The value of the six-year lease wasn’t disclosed. Dave Desper of CB Richard Ellis represented Unicorn. Phil Cohen of CB Richard Ellis represented landlord Burtin Realty Enterprises.

Irvine Biomedical Inc. leased 20,160 square feet of industrial space at 2382 Morse Ave. in Irvine. The seven-year deal is valued at $2.2 million. Larry Schuler of CB Richard Ellis represented Irvine

Biomedical and landlord Huycke Family Trust.

Roger’s Gardens leased 18,260 square feet of distribution space at 401 Dyer Road in Santa Ana. The value of the five-year lease wasn’t disclosed. Charlie Winn of Collins Commercial Corp. represented the tenant. Phil Cohen of CB Richard Ellis represented landlord John Saunders.

Marble Slab Creamery Inc. leased 1,100 square feet of retail space at 5885 Lincoln Ave. in Buena Park. The value of the five-year lease wasn’t disclosed. Mark Baziak and Dan Samulski of Grubb & Ellis represented the tenant and landlord Red Mountain Retail Group of Santa Ana.
