REAL ESTATE DEALS

A family trust paid $23 million to Red Mountain Retail Group of Santa Ana for the 103,973-square-foot Buena Park Promenade at Lincoln Avenue and Valley View Street in Buena Park. Steve Daneman with Daneman Realty Inc. represented the buyer. Dixie Walker and Charley Simpson of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the seller.

Hiji Brothers paid $3.9 million to Lucy Duetsch Trust for a 25,000-square-foot industrial building at 1191 N. Hawk Circle in Anaheim. Brad Christian and Chuck Wilson of Colliers International represented both parties.

Fiesta Foto paid $2.1 million to Main Photo Service Inc. for a 12,500-square-foot retail and industrial building at 827 S. Main St. in Santa Ana. Gary Marquis from Collins Commercial Corp. represented both parties.

Jacqueline and Samantha Del Canto of Dana Point paid $1.3 million to Loan Tran of Laguna Niguel for the four-unit Village Drive Apartments at 22992 Village Drive in Lake Forest. Rick Applebaum of Morgan Skenderian Investment Real Estate Group represented both parties.

Robert Bohan of Woodland Drive LLC paid $1.3 million to Abdul Ghafoori for two office buildings at 2575 and 2579 Woodland Drive. Frank Mejia of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented the buyer. Brad Christian of Colliers International represented the seller.

Endocare Inc. renewed its lease for 28,123 square feet of office space at 201 Technology Drive in Irvine. The three-year deal is valued at $1.3 million. Seth Davenport, Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner of Voit Commercial Brokerage LP represented Endocare. Sue Lyle of landlord The Irvine Company represented her company.

Hawk Wevena LLC leased 18,215 square feet of office space at 2 Park Plaza in Irvine. The five year deal is valued at $3.2 million. Steve Lane of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the tenant. Rick Wandrocke of landlord the Irvine Co. represented his company.

Saddleback Constructors leased 20,213 square feet of office space at 23456 Madero in Mission Viejo. The five-year deal is valued at $2.1 million. Greg Marshall of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented Saddleback Constructors. Allen Basso and Brad Rawlins of Lee & Associates represented landlord Lincolnshire Associates.
