McCarthy, Newport Beach, completed the construction of Jefferson K-8 School in Paramount. The project was valued at $7.8 million. The 44,000-square-foot campus features nine single-story, wood-frame buildings: three classroom buildings housing 26 work stations for 660 students; one library and administrative services building; one multipurpose building housing a recreation room and cafeteria; and four restroom buildings.
