SALES

K & M Royal Group LLC bought the 61,706-square-foot Alicia Valencia Plaza in Laguna Hills from Save-Most Alicia Hills Ltd. for $12.1 million. One Properties represented K & M Royal Group LLC. Matt Pipkin and Stephen Grossman of Lee & Associates’ Newport Beach office represented Save-Most Alicia Hills Ltd.

Harvard-Anne LLC purchased 49,700 square feet at 3130 W. Harvard St. in Santa Ana from Fairchild Corp. for $3.3 million. David Desper of CB Richard Ellis’ Newport Beach office represented Harvard-Anne. Jim Wootan of CB’s Anaheim office and Dave Desper represented Fairchild.

Competitive Aquatic Supply bought an 11,912-square-foot industrial facility at 15661 Container Lane in Huntington Beach from Clarence Hanschild for $1.2 million. Kurt Kachigan of Pabst, Kinney & Associates represented Competitive Aquatic Supply. Mark Jerue of Lee & Associates’ Irvine Spectrum office represented Hanschild.

Pan Pacific Retail Properties bought a 181,900-square-foot grocery-anchored neighborhood center in Anaheim.


LEASES

Paris-based Technip USA Inc. leased a 79,800-square-foot office space in Claremont from Keck Graduate Institute of Applied Sciences. The 10-year lease was valued at $10.2 million. Josef Farrar of Julien J. Studley Inc. represented Technip USA Inc. Natalie Bazarevitsch of CB Richard Ellis represented Keck Graduate Institute of Applied Sciences.

Beech Street Corp. leased another 36,000 square feet in the Pacific Vista office complex in Lake Forest from Riggs Bank. The five-year contract was valued at $4 million. Stephen L. Bay and Kevin Bender of Insignia/ESG represented Beech Street Corp. Trammell Crow represented Riggs Bank.

Lobel Financial leased a 22,552-square-foot office space at 1150 N. Magnolia St. in Anaheim from ECCU for $1.4 million. Tom Mulrooney of Ashwill & Associates represented Lobel Financial. Bob Sattler and Chris Latta of Lee & Associates’ Orange office represented ECCU.

Chris Lindsay Designs leased a 5,000-square-foot retail space at 1000 S. Bristol St. in Newport Beach from CSW Ltd. The five-year lease was valued at $0.7 million. Jedd Zaun and Bill Garrett of Lee & Associates’ Newport Beach office represented both parties.
