REAL ESTATE DEALS



SALES

Redac LLC paid $3.1 million to Robert and Melissa Storment for a 20,000-square-foot industrial building at 2100 E. Walnut Ave. in Fullerton. Scott Seal of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer. Tom Mulrooney and Steve Brackman of Ashwill Associates represented the seller.

Mana Inc. paid $2.6 million to Breslin Trust for Pacific Park Executive Plaza, a 9,100-square-foot office building at 16 Journey in Aliso Viejo. The building sold for $281 per square foot. Mana plans to take the second floor of the building and lease out the first floor. Steve Economos of NAI Capital Inc. represented the seller. The buyer represented itself.

Asaf Qadeer paid $1.4 million to Chang Hong for two retail buildings totaling 7,645 square feet at 136 E. Riverdale and 3133 N. Glassell St. in Orange. The strip center sold at a capitalization rate of 2.4%. Ali Murtaza of Peninsula Investment Real Estate Brokerage represented both parties.

Timothy and Janet Huisking paid $1.3 million to McQueen Trust for a 5,766-square-foot industrial building at 501 Goetz Ave. in Santa Ana. The building sold for $219 per square foot. Kevin Thomas and Troy Wooton of Lee & Associates represented both parties.


LEASES

Shinoda Design Center, a wholesaler of floral supplies, leased 135,731 square feet of warehouse space at 601 W. Dyer Road in Santa Ana. The 10-year deal is valued at $13.5 million. Shinoda is moving from nearby in Santa Ana. Kevin Turner and Mike Hartel of Voit Commercial Brokerage LP represented Shinoda and landlord Bloom Family Trust.

ABS Auto leased an 84,942-square-foot lot at 16790 S. Harbor Blvd. in Fountain Valley. The five-year lease is valued at $1.2 million. Louis Tomaselli of Voit Commerical Brokerage represented landlord Scott Manser. David Williams of Lee & Associates represented the tenant.

OEM Systems and Laptops leased an 8,100-square-foot industrial building at 14312 Chambers in Tustin. The three-year lease is valued at $271,700. Chuck Hardy and Mike Long of Lee & Associates represented the tenant and landlord Line Up for Sport.
