Costa Mesa Square LLC paid $19.9 million to KBGS Costa Mesa LLC for a newly built retail center at 3030 Harbor Blvd. in Costa Mesa. Dennis Vaccaro, Rich Walter and Don MacLellan of Faris Lee Investments represented both parties.
2-D Imaging paid $1.2 million to William Phillips for an 11,049-square-foot industrial building at 4745-4749 E. Wesley Drive in Anaheim. Don Paul of Ashwill Associates Inc. represented 2-D Imaging. Brian Williams and Randy Wind of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the seller.
Foremost Airport Las Vegas bought two buildings at 1240 and 1250 North Lakeview Ave. in Anaheim as part of a three-building buy from Kilroy Realty Corp. valued at $21 million. The third building is at 20553 Walnut Drive in Diamond Bar. Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the buyer. Kilroy represented itself.

Saddleback Materials Co. leased 8,000 square feet of industrial space at 20712 Indian Ocean in Lake Forest for 10 years in a deal valued at $1.4 million. Ken Kovaleski and Ted Rommel of Lee & Associates represented Saddleback and landlord George Nassios
Gary Pickett & Co. leased 2,168 square feet of office space at 7700 Irvine Center Drive in the Irvine Spectrum. Terms weren’t disclosed. Orion Property Partners represented the tenant and landlord American Spectrum Realty Inc.
