Raytheon’s Aircraft Unit to Sell for $3.3 Billion

Raytheon Co. said on Thursday it will sell its aircraft business, which makes Hawker and Beechcraft business jets, to a unit of investment bank Goldman Sachs and Canadian buyout firm Onex Partners for about $3.3 billion.
