Adam Roth was named president and chief operating officer of Roth Staffing Cos. in Orange. Roth oversees operations for the company’s three staffing divisions: Ultimate Staffing Services, Ledgent and Adams & Martin Group.
Jeff Black and Craig Lipus were promoted to managing principal consultants at McDermott & Bull Executive Search in Irvine. Both joined the company in 2003 and previously were principal consultants.

Brown and Caldwell added Lisa Penna as senior vice president and Southern California business unit manager in its Irvine office.
FINANCE
Insight Investments Corp. in Orange named Christopher Czaja executive vice president. Czaja previously was vice president and treasurer of relational technology solutions. He also was vice president of the leasing department for European American Bank, now Citigroup Inc.
HEALTH
San Clemente-based USGI Medical Inc. added Bart Bandy and promoted John Cox to general managers. Bandy was named general manager of the flexible surgery division and Cox was named general manager of the endosurgery division. Bandy recently was senior vice president of Allergan Inc.’s health division. Cox previously was vice president of sales and marketing at USGI.
HOTELS
Will Wiest was promoted to director of sales at the Ritz-Carlton in Laguna Niguel. He will manage all group sales for the resort. Wiest previously was director of sales at The Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage and The Ritz-Carlton, Huntington Hotel & Spa.
LAW
Vicki Dallas was named chair of the West Coast advisory board of the World Skin Cancer Foundation. Dallas is a partner in the Costa Mesa office of Rutan & Tucker LLP.
Kendra Miller and Ursula Guzman joined the labor and employment group at the Irvine office of Crowell & Moring LLP. Miller and Guzman have experience litigating wage and hour class action matters for California employers.
MANUFACTURING
Gary Anderson was named president of Lasco Bathware in Anaheim. Anderson most recently was vice president of operations, acting vice president and general manager for Lennox Hearth Products, part of Lennox International Inc. Lasco Bathware is a division of Tomkins Industries Inc.
NONPROFIT
Anaheim-based Working Wardrobes hired Joshua Milius as an executive assistant, Sunny Chung as administrative coordinator and Mikel Gajkowski as manager of communications and public relations. Milius previously was a merchant representative for Bank of America Corp. Chung recently was vice president of marketing and operations for Alpha Kappa Psi. Gajkowski has experience in government sector communications.
The Orange County Community Foundation in Irvine named Jeff Swanson vice president of development and gift planning. Previously, Swanson was associate vice president for development at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. He specializes in development and planned giving.

Costa Mesa-based Consolidated Repro-graphics hired Kimberly Novack as an account manager.
REAL ESTATE
John Kohaut joined the Fullerton office of First Team Real Estate as an agent and adviser. Kohaut previously worked for Prudential California Realty. He is a short sale specialist.
Keystone Pacific Property Management Inc. promoted three staff members in its Irvine office: Rob Lyen, Jeremy Niswonger and Jennifer Stocks. Lyen was named director of network operations. Niswonger was promoted to lead general ledger associate. Stocks became a senior community association manager.

IStor Networks Inc. added Mark O’Dell as vice president of technical marketing. Prior to joining iStor, O’Dell held various management positions.
Thomas Pursch was named president of Nelco Products Inc., a unit of Park Electrochemical Corp., in Fullerton. Pursch previously was vice president and general manager of Amphenol Printed Circuits.
Anaheim-based Axis Technical Group Inc. added David Logsdon as vice president of professional services and chief executive of the company’s division in India. Logsdon formerly was chief information officer at Lending Tree LLC. He specializes in strategic and operational planning, offshore and onshore support models and enterprise software development.
