HMWC CPAs & Business Advisors in Tustin named Dean Coyle tax manager. Coyle specializes in estate and trust taxation as well as business and individual taxation. He founded a public accounting firm in 1992 where he was a managing partner for nine years.
RSM McGladrey Inc. named Bret Crawford tax director and Cari Koval director in its Irvine office. Crawford has been with the company since 1998 and focuses on industries such as manufacturing, real es-tate and technology. Koval has been with the company since 2003 and specializes in all aspects of international taxation.
Ryan LeMond was appointed assurance services director at McGladrey & Pullen LLP in Irvine.
BANKING
Hoang Ngo was promoted to assistant vice president, banking manager for the Huntington Beach branch of Comerica Bank, part of Dallas-based Comerica Inc. Ngo previously was assistant banking center manager for the Lake Forest branch.

John Barkwell joined Microdesk Inc. as senior solutions executive. He will be responsible for managing West Coast operations, which include an office in Irvine, and for expanding the architectural, engineering, construction and owner consulting practices.
