ARCHITECTURE

Wayne Lynn was added as designer at the Newport Beach design studio of Alameda-based MBH Architects Inc. Lynn formerly was with Cannon Design in Century City.

BANKING

Los Angeles-based National Bank of California named Charls Azc & #250;naga assistant vice president and business development lending officer at its Costa Mesa office. Azc & #250;naga most recently was in the priority banking division at Union Bank of California in Newport Beach.

Nuray DePriest was named assistant vice president and business development officer at the Laguna Beach Business Financial Center for Ontario-based Citizens Business Bank.

Wells Fargo Bank added Valerie Ioriatti as business associate II in the California business banking group, Orange County division, at its Irvine office. Wells Fargo Bank is part of San Francisco-based Wells Fargo & Co.

COMMUNICATIONS

Debbie Barba was named vice president and general manager of operations for the Orange-Riverside-San Bernardino region at the Anaheim office of San Antonio-based AT & T; Inc., formerly SBC Communications Inc. Barba previously was vice president of SBC’s installation and repair division.

CONSULTING

Los Angeles-based Clark Seif Clark Inc., an environmental consulting firm, promoted Barbara Steck to national marketing director at its Irvine office.

EDUCATION

Costa Mesa-based Art Institute of California, Orange County, hired Vincent David as director of admissions and added Phyllis Hauptfeld as second director of admissions. The school provides bachelor and associate degrees in design, media and culinary arts.

FINANCE

Regina Frias, a Lake Forest-based businesswoman, was promoted to senior marketing director at Duluth, Ga.-based World Financial Group Inc. Frias previously was an independent financial services and insurance professional with the company’s world division. World Financial offers services and products to help individuals plan for their futures.

HEALTHCARE

Kaiser Permanente Orange County appointed Margie Harrier to lead the transition and planning of operations for the Irvine medical center currently under construction and set to open in fall of 2007.

HOSPITALITY

Pride Hospitality LLC named Lachell Moore as general manager at the Holiday Inn Express-Anaheim Disney Maingate. Pride Hospitality owns, manages and develops hotels. It currently manages nine hotels, with three under development.

LAW

Costa Mesa-based Rutan & Tucker LLP added the following attorneys: Michael David Adams in the trial section; Jennifer Brown and William Ihrke in the public law section; Matthew Z. Chang in the corporate and securities section; Scott Cwiertny and Bob Hagle in the real estate section; and Shawn M. Larsen in the labor and employment department.

MARKETING

Kelly Hartman was promoted from marketing project manager to director of sales and marketing at Caliber Media Group Inc., a Web media agency in Newport Beach.

PRINTING

Orange-based Label-tronix LLC, a provider of industrial labels, labeling systems, supplies and technology support, promoted John Trail to president. He previously was vice president of operations at the company.

REAL ESTATE

Western National Realty Advisors, the acquisition, development and investment arm of Western National Group in Irvine, named Angela Kralovec manager of asset management. Western National Group manages more than 23,000 apartments and condominiums.
