Heritage General Agency’s Laguna Hills office named Rex Huebner senior underwriter. Prior to joining the firm, Huebner, a 17-year industry veteran, was a senior commercial lines underwriter at Safeco.
MANUFACTURING
Components Corp. of America promoted James. F. Gust to vice president. Gust will work out of the firm’s Costa Mesa office. In addition, CCA promoted Rich-ard Brown to president and general manager of the firm’s subsidiary, Staco Switch. Brown will be based in Costa Mesa.

Robert C. Hubbert joined California Mort-gage Alliance, San Clemente, as director of marketing. Prev-iously, Hubbert was vice president of public relations and membership for the Building Industry Association of Southern California.
Staubach Co. added Wayne Lamb and Jeffrey Shepard as principals in its Irvine office. Prior to joining the firm, Lamb was a first vice president while Shepart was a senior vice president for CB Richard Ellis.
Kimberly Hockings was appointed Coto de Caza district manager for Keystone Pacific Property Management Inc. In addition, Lani Kaneshiro was named community association manager for Coto de Caza.
Stephen J. Muller was promoted to senior vice president and controller of Koll Development Co., Newport Beach. Prior to joining the firm, Muller was with Catellus Residential Group, where he was vice president and corporate controller.
Laguna Hills-based Guthrie Development Co. hired Steven Christie as project manager. Christie will be involved in the firm’s industrial park project in Rancho Santa Margarita. He also will be an active part of Guthrie Assett Management Co. which was recently acquired by the firm.
Donahue Schriber, Costa Mesa, promoted Mark Whitfield to executive vice president, development. The 25-year industry veteran is on the firm’s executive committee. In addition, Jeffrey Chambers joined the firm as vice president, development. Prior to joining the firm, Chambers was with ICI Development Co., where he was the director of development and acquisitions.
Irvine-based K. Hovn-anian Cos. of Califor-nia promoted Kari Roland to marketing manager. The firm also promoted promoted Christina Pei to marketing assistant.

Prior to joining ICX, he was senior vice president and general manager, digital imaging division at Calcomp Inc. In addition, Guy Hayden was named vice president of business development.
