Christine Dang joined the Tustin office of Greenberg Farrow Architecture Inc. as site planner in the site development group. Dang earned a bachelor’s in architecture from the University of Southern California.
Robin Paolino DeLotell was hired as principal of business development and marketing at Irvine-based KTGY Group Inc., Architecture and Planning. DeLotell is founder of Robin DeLotell & Associates in Newport Beach.
ARTS
The Orange County Performing Arts Center in Costa Mesa elected the following people to its board: David Collins, chief executive and managing partner at Active Living International; Jeffrey M. Johnson, publisher, president and chief executive at Los Angeles Times; Louis A. Delmonico, corporate adviser; and Donald E. Sodaro, chairman and chief executive at Hanford Hotels Inc.
CONSULTING
Precept Inc., which provides employee benefits, health management, compensation and human resources services, hired Ryan Jones as vice president of consulting services at its Irvine headquarters.
EDUCATION
Eoin L. Kreditor was named a board member of the Orange County High School of the Arts Foundation in Santa Ana. Kreditor is partner at Irvine-based Sam-uels, Green, Steel & Adams LLP.
Chaminade University of Honolulu appointed Orange County and Maui resident Gary E. Liebl chairman of its board of regents. Liebl formerly was the board’s first vice-chair. He’s also the former chairman of Aliso Viejo-based QLogic Corp.
ENGINEERING
San Clemente-based Saxon Engineering Services hired Wayne Richardson as director of engineering. Richardson most recently was with Keith Cos. in Irvine.
FINANCE
Dewey Bushaw was promoted to chief marketing officer for the annuities and mutual funds division at Newport Beach-based Pacific Life Insurance Co. He previously was the senior vice president of national sales for the division. This is Bushaw’s third promotion since joining the company in 1994.
GOVERNMENT
Brenda St. Hilaire of Orange County was appointed to the Fair Employment and Housing Commission by Gov. Arnold Schwarzennegger.
HEALTHCARE
Laguna Hills resident Will Gencarella was appointed to the board of Mission Hospital Foundation. Gencarella is president and chief executive at Claremont Investments Ltd. in San Clemente. The foundation, the fund-raising arm of the hospital in Mission Viejo, is governed by the volunteer board.
LAW
Geoffrey Willis, partner at the Irvine office of Sedgwick, Detert, Moran & Arnold, was appointed to chair the firm’s land use and natural re-sources practice group.
REAL ESTATE
SCI Real Estate Investments, which focuses on tenant-in-common deals, named Bill Corwin regional director of its Irvine field office.
Debbie Evans was promoted to chief operating officer at Lake Forest-based Professional Community Management, which manages family-oriented and active senior communities.
New York-based Grubb & Ellis Co. promoted Michael Finley to director of the corporate services group at its Newport Beach office. Finley formerly was an industrial broker at the company’s Anaheim office.
Gary Gafford was hired as vice president of operations at the Irvine office of Meritage Homes, a unit of Meritage Homes Corp. Gafford most recently was vice president of operations at Beazer Homes Corp.
Chicago-based Wrightwood Capital, a real estate finance and investment company, added Marty Kearney as director of the Western region investment division at its Newport Beach office.
Ray Wicken was hired as managing director and his son Scott Wicken was added as senior analyst at Mountain Funding LLC’s new West Coast office in Newport Beach. The Charlotte, N.C.-based company is a private real estate lender to developers and operators.
SPORTS
Oak Creek Golf Club in Irvine added Glenn Deck, three-time Golf Magazine Top 100 Teacher and former Southern California Professional Golf Association Teacher of the Year, to its staff. Deck will return to his home course, Pelican Hill Golf Club in Newport Coast when construction of a resort there is completed.
