The Friends of the Santa Ana Zoo board named two new members: Peggy Ann Baldwin-Butler and Jon “Rip” Ribble. Baldwin-Butler is co-owner of Villa Ford in Orange. Ribble is a retired assistant director and executive director at the Santa Ana Parks, Recreation and Community Services Agency.
Heather McKenzie-Densmore was hired as vice president of development at Habitat for Humanity of Orange County.

Irvine-based Keystone Pacific Property Management Inc. hired Shana Aaberg as architectural coordinator for the Shady Canyon Community Association. Aaberg will work in the association’s office in Newport Beach.
Brian Brocoff became co-owner of Hermosa Beach’s Rockland Properties’ real estate division. Brocoff works at its Irvine office.
The Irvine Community Development Co., a unit of The Irvine Company, promoted Ken Coulter from senior vice president of community development to executive vice president of community development and construction. He is set to succeed Mike Ellis, who will retire at the end of the fiscal year.
Fred Grant was named Western regional sales manager for bulk acquisitions at the Irvine headquarters of Option One Mortgage Corp., a unit of H & R; Block Inc. Grant formerly served as senior account executive for New Century Mortgage Corp.
Granite Homes hired Amy Harrell as project manager at its Irvine headquarters.
Michael Helton and Michael Kairis were named directors of construction for Southern California at the Irvine headquarters of Opus West Corp.
Santa Ana-based J.L. Hare Associates Inc., which manages project entitlements and permits, hired Chris Huaracha and Gary Williams as project coordinators.
