Glenn Rogers was named group lien director for Irvine-based Parker Aerospace, a unit of Parker Hannifin Corp. Rogers previously served as lien consultant for various companies internationally.
ARCHITECTURE
Alameda-based MBH Architects Inc. added Karla Cerezores as job captain of the retail studio at its Newport Beach office. Cerezores formerly was project manager at Nardi Associates LLP in Ontario.
Thomas P. Cox: Architects Inc. promoted the following people at its Irvine headquarters: Daniel P. Gehman to principal; Eric Olsen to associate principal; Harry Steinway to senior associate; John Brooks to senior associate; and Jorden Segraves to associate.
DHP Architects in Newport Beach added Emanuella Wintersberger as director of marketing. Wintersberger has more than 15 years of experience in architecture, landscape design, public relations and marketing.
BANKING
Matt Greville was hired as vice president and manager at the Laguna Beach branch of South County Bank. Greville formerly was branch manager at Wells Fargo & Co.’s Laguna Beach branch. Patty Voelz was promoted to vice president and branch manager at the Rancho Santa Margarita branch.
MetroPacific Bank in Irvine appointed Basil T. “Bill” Vardoulis as director and Kenneth L. Hansen as vice chairman of the board. Vardoulis is president of BV Engineering, a unit of TRC Cos. Hansen is development partner at Hedley Construction and Management Inc. in Costa Mesa.
EDUCATION
Amir H. Dabirian was named chief information technology officer at California State University, Fullerton. He has served as acting chief information officer since March. Dabirian will become a regular member of the president’s administrative board and manage 95 staff members and a $13 million yearly budget.
ENGINEERING
Santa Ana-based Sukut Construction Inc. appointed Sheri Butman to the newly created position of manager of information technologies. She will oversee the identification and implementation of new technologies for all of the company.
HEALTHCARE
Kip Hallman was named executive vice president and chief strategy officer at Lake Forest-based InSight Health Services Holdings Corp. Hallman formerly was president of Right Manufacturing LLC in San Diego.
LAW
The Irvine office of Crowell and Moring LLP added Todd Lesko and Christine Elaine Cwiertny. Lesko specializes in general corporate, intellectual property and real estate matters. Cwiertny’s practice includes intellectual property litigation, antitrust litigation and general business litigation.
MARKETING
Nancy Baccaro was hired as controller at Newport Beach-based the Peterson Group. Baccaro most recently was controller at JHTM and Associates Engineering Co. in Irvine.
PUBLIC RELATIONS
Lisa Cottini was promoted to account executive at the Irvine office of New York-based Porter Novelli, a unit of Omnicom Group Inc. Ruchi Lambda was hired as account executive at the same office.
REAL ESTATE
Johnson Capital Group, a real estate investment banking and commercial mortgage brokerage company, added Thomas Copeman to work with strategic initiatives and lender relations, as well as other issues in the Irvine office. Spencer Rinker and W. Adam Dornbush were hired at the same office as financial and real estate analysts.
Marcus and Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co. named Raj Dewan as senior investment associate at its Irvine office. Dewan joined the company in 1995.
A.J. Jarvis was appointed as vice president of land acquisition and development at Newport Beach-based Laing Luxury Homes, a unit of John Laing Homes.
Houston-based PM Realty Group, a real estate services company, promoted John Rowen to senior vice president for Southern California from vice president of
engineering and construction. Wendie Newman, formerly regional manager at Sares-Regis Group, was named vice president.
Jim Stringer was named vice president of community development for the Orange County region at the Irvine office of Los Angeles-based Pardee Homes. Stringer formerly was vice president of Signal Landmark Inc. in Irvine.
Edward Zinke was promoted to senior vice president at Irvine-based Eliant Inc. He previously was vice president of satisfaction solutions and customer experience management group at the company. Martha Baumgarten was appointed as vice president of the customer experience management program. She formerly was communications and customer experience director at Shea Homes, Southern California division.
RETAIL
Orange-based Budget Blinds, a window covering company, appointed Phil Mettra as vice president of marketing. Mettra most recently was vice president of marketing for Liberty Fitness.
