Diane Heyden was appointed as senior vice president and Small Business Administration division manager at the new Huntington Beach branch of South County Bank, a unit of Rancho Santa Mar-garita-based CalWest Bancorp.
Wells Fargo Investments LLC in Newport Beach licensed Paul Miranda, store manager at the Mission Viejo branch and David Treffry, banker at the Irvine branch of Wells Fargo, as investment consultants. The two now are able to sell mutual funds.
