Harding has more than 20 years of experience designing products. She most recently worked in developing and designing products at Intercontinental Art Inc.

Jason Dilmagani has been promoted to branch manager for the maintenance division at Priority Business Services Inc.’s Aliso Viejo office. He has been with the company since 2004.
ENTERTAINMENT
Anaheim Arena Man-agement LLC promoted Jo-Ann Armstrong to booking manager at Honda Center in Anaheim. She has been with the company since 1993 and has more than 20 years of experience in the concert and entertainment business. Armstrong originally came to Honda Center from the Pacific Amphitheatre in Costa Mesa where she worked as operations manager for Nederlander Concerts.
HEALTHCARE
Cortex Pharmaceuticals Inc. named Les Street as head of medicinal chemistry. Street has spent more than 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry. He will focus on development of the company’s central nervous system drugs, Ampakine CX717 and CX516. The company also named Steven A. Johnson an officer to its board. Johnson worked for Irvine-based Cortex for 13 years, most recently as vice president of preclinical development.
LAW
Shawn W. Murphy was appointed general counsel and corporate secretary for Aston Martin Jaguar Land Rover North America in Irvine. Prior to his appointment, Murphy held various positions of increasing responsibility within the Ford Motor Co. office of its general counsel. Ford Motor Co. recently sold its majority stake in the British automaker.
Gregory M. Clement, a lawyer in the Irvine office of Burkhalter, Michaels, Kessler and George LLP, was named an equity partner in the firm. Clement’s practice includes corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions. He’s been with the firm for six years, and was a principal there for the past year.
NONPROFIT
A. Thomas Bender, William Leonard and Quentin Caruana were appointed to the board of the Mission Hospital Foundation. The foundation was created to support and assist Mission Hospital of Mission Viejo through financial gifts. Bender is chief executive of Cooper Cos. in Lake Forest. Leonard is presiding president of Pep Boys. Caruana is president of Sage Credit Co. in Irvine.
REAL ESTATE
Keystone Pacific Prop-erty Management Inc. promoted Kim Dean to district manager. Dean has worked with the Irvine company since 2003. She most recently was group coordinator. As a district manager, she will continue to manage a portfolio of new developments and existing properties throughout Orange County.
Tom Gast was named president and partner of De Rito Partners West and will work out of its Anaheim Hills office. Gast will be responsible for the acquisition and development of retail, mixed-use and redevelopment space in California and Nevada.
Kevin McNeil and Jeffrey Von Stein have been hired as associate directors at Studley Inc.’s Irvine office. McNeil was a top local agent for Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co. Von Stein has more than 12 years of experience in real estate focusing on tenant representation.
