Banking

Teresa Koch joins Orange County Credit Union as assistant vice president and marketing director. Koch will handle branding strategy, advertising and community involvement.

Harbor National Bank appointed Paul A. Micco as senior vice president and commercial loan officer at its Anaheim Office.

Marc A. Doss has joined U.S. Trust as a senior vice president and portfolio manager.

Deborah Hart was appointed senior vice president of Sunwest Bank.

Education

Jenny Bouwman joined The Art Institute of California-Orange County as the director of career services.

Bouwman comes from The Art Institute of Las Vegas where she led the career services department for two years.

Financial

Roxanne Bradley joined Irvine-based Wertz & Co., an accounting, consulting and financial services firm, as receptionist.

Nonprofit

Human Options, which serves Orange County victims of domestic violence, named Michael Stockwell to its board of directors for a three-year term. Stockwell is chief executive of Irvine-based Benefit Partners.

Info Link, the information provider for Orange County’s United Way and the County of Orange Social Services Agency, named several new members to its recently expanded board: Linda Albers, Carol Burby, Kori Lee Garner, Lori Grossberg, Marcia McEntee, Patsy Moore and John Vh. Vu.

Amin David, owner of Regal Plumbing Supply in Anaheim, was elected vice chairman of Orange County Community Housing Corp. in Santa Ana. David represents low-income Anaheim neighborhoods.

Public Relations

Heil-Brice Retail Advertising appointed Syra C. Villarreal to its Hispanic division, publicidad en espa & #324;ol, to assist in creative direction and account services.

Phillip Go joined Newport Beach-based L & A; Marketing and Advertising as a graphic designer.

Real Estate

Irvine-based Western Pacific Housing, part of D.R. Horton Inc., named Kandace Lisa its marketing assistant. Lisa will assist in coordinating the maintenance of model homes and overseeing community grand openings.

Lake Forest-based H & R; Block Mortgage Corp. named David J. Vida company vice president of prime secondary marketing and finance and Wilbur A. Mckesson Jr. vice president of affordable housing.

McCarthy Building Cos. recently promoted Sarah Creighton from project manager, education services, to project director, education services. The firm also hired Kimberly Stephens as assistant project manager.

Services

Open-c Solutions, a provider of billing and customer care software to the utility and energy industry, appointed Kyle Rainey vice president of sales.

Irvine-based Fuscoe Engineering Inc. appointed Calvin E. Woolsey and Jerry Uselton principals. Fuscoe provides civil engineering, water resources management and surveying services to private developers and federal, state and local governmental agencies.

Natalie Duke was appointed vice president, Western region for National Water & Power, a division of NWP Services in Santa Ana.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car promoted Matt Brady to area manager in charge of rental car offices in Westminster, Garden Grove, Cypress and Stanton. Brady previously was branch manager of the Tustin Auto Center office.

Sports

Tustin Ranch Golf Club appointed Karen Tucker as PGA teaching professional.

Technology

Ecliserio De Santiago was named foreign marketing manager of La Mirada-based Amada Cutting Technologies Inc. Santiago previously was an engineer and product specialist with Amada.

Lauren Mueller joined Santa Ana’s Hall Research Technologies Inc. as account manager. Hall makes high-resolution video switching and distribution products.
