Irvine-based Parker Aerospace, a unit of Cleveland’s Parker Hannifin Corp., promoted Jeff Rolf to group marketing director for Europe. He previously was the business team leader in the company’s aircraft wheel and brake division.

Ion Chiose joined Irvine’s Lee & Sakahara Architects AIA Inc. as principal of marketing, design and operations management. Chiose will oversee marketing and design efforts for the firm’s projects.

Oak park, Ill.-based California National Bank added the following to its Newport Beach office: Stephanie Juneau as regional vice president of the community banking group’s Orange County team; Marni Lombardo as loan team manager for the Los Angeles and Orange County commercial banking teams; and Anita Saneiya as vice president and relationship manager in the regional commercial banking department.

The University of Southern California elected Gregory P. Brakovich, chief executive of real estate investment manager KBS Capital Markets Group LLC in Newport Beach, to its board of trustees.

Irvine’s VQ OrthoCare, an orthopedic rehabilitation and surgical products company, promoted three individuals to build its sales team to lead the company’s expansion plans. Shane Kelly was named chief sales and marketing officer from vice president of business development. Lon White, former Western region district manager, was named regional sales director. Mark St. Johns rejoined VQ OrthoCare as Western region district manager.

The Southern California Committee for the Olympic Games added Huntington Beach-resident Christopher R. Pook, founder of the Grand Prix Association of Long Beach, to its board. Pook joins Orange County residents Cathy Marino Bradford, Ann Meyers Drysdale, Janet Evans, and Peter Vidmar. The committee is a nonprofit that promotes the Olympics and is the Olympic bidding company in Southern California.
TECHNOLOGY
Hitachi Consulting, the business and technology consulting arm of Hitachi Ltd., appointed Sa’d Kanan as vice president at its Orange office as part of its efforts to bolster its services to local companies. Kanan brings more than a decade of consulting experience for big companies. He led the service-oriented practice for Hitachi Consulting for the past three years.
