CONSTRUCTION

Scott Lawrence was named vice president of real estate investment trust construction by shopping center developer and owner Donahue Sch-riber. Lawrence previously was director of REIT construction. He has been with the company since 2005.

Anaheim-based Hollister Construction Co. named Jim Oliva director of construction and Dottie Tarshis director of administration. Oliva has 32 years of experience in architecture and construction. Tarshis has 25 years of experience in management and marketing.


CONSULTING

Tatum LLC named Karl Hardesty Pacific region managing partner. Hardesty will be based out of Tatum’s Irvine office and will manage strategy and initiatives for West Coast operations.

Carol Ann Timmel joined consulting co-mpany Right Manage-ment as vice president in its Newport Beach office. Timmel previously was client relationship manager for Capital H Group.


LAW

Bryan S. Gadol joined the Irvine office of Dorsey & Whitney LLP as a partner in the corporate group. Gadol will focus on securities offerings, private equity and venture capital deals and corporate governance issues.

John C. Condas joined the Irvine office of Allen, Matkins, Leck, Gamble, Mallory & Natsis LLP as partner. He will practice in the real estate and land use, environmental and natural resources groups.


MEDIA & MARKETING

Pacific Communications, owned by Irvine drug maker Allergan Inc., named Peter Siegel executive creative director and promoted Karen Melanson to vice president, director of client services. Siegel has 30 years of experience in healthcare advertising. Melanson has been with Pacific Communications for 15 years.

Morgan Marketing & Public Relations LLC named Adam Rosen-blum as a senior account executive. Rosenblum’s clients include Fatburger, Wienerschnitzel and Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.


NONPROFIT

Tustin-based Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County named Rim Hussin data management and donor relations specialist. Hussin previously was with nonprofit Islamic Relief.

David Dobos joined the Friends of Santa Ana Zoo board. Dobos has been an educator, volunteer and representative in community affairs in the city for more than 25 years.


PRINTING & GRAPHICS

Armando Mendoza joined Tustin-based Professional Reprographics LLC as a principal and vice president. Mendoza’s prior experience includes heading Orange County reprographic sales for projects at Disney’s California Adventure and Angels Stadium of Anaheim.


REAL ESTATE

Amanda Mansour was promoted to associate community association manager at Keystone Pacific Property Management. Mansour will be based at the Crystal Cove community in Newport Coast. She previously was architectural group coordinator.

J.L. Hare Associates named Angela Gindy director of business development. Gindy will target commercial, medical and public works developments.

Joseph Cesta was named sales manager of the Newport Beach office of real estate brokerage Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services Inc. Cesta joined the brokerage in 2001 in the sales intern program. He previously was sales manager of the Ontario office.


TECHNOLOGY

Costa Mesa-based computer-aided design company U.S. CAD named Jim Lambert technical operations director. He has 25 years of experience in computer-aided design, engineering and project management.
