Wright, Ford, Young & Co., Irvine, hired 25-year accounting veteran Peni Ingram-Rowe as audit manager. The mid-size accounting firm provides tax consultation and estate planning services.

Sharon Pardee signed on with the T & O; Group, Irvine, as associate media director, while Julie Taylor Adams will become the media supervisor. Pardee was most recently the media manager at Taco Bell and Adams served as marketing manager for Ingram Micro.
Architecture
The landscape architecture firm of HRP LanDesign, Santa Ana, promoted Edward Palladino to senior associate and Brian Hogan to associate. Palladino will be in charge of the firm’s irrigation department and Hogan will be project manager for several Orange County masterplanned communities.
Banking/ Finance
GuarantyBank named Reagan K. Vidal senior vice president for the real estate lending group. Vidal will be in charge of commercial real estate deals in Southern California.
Priority Pay Inc., Newport Beach, appointed Emily Galloway vice president of operations. Prior to her appointment, Galloway had a 20-year stint as a vice president and market area manager for Wells Fargo Bank in Beverly Hills.
Casey Horton was named an associate at Irvine based Ventana Global. Previously, Horton was the digital program manager for Xerox.
Construction
Andrew L. Youngquist Construction, Costa Mesa, named John G. Yegge and Erwin Seifert project managers. Yegge has 19 years of experience and will oversee the firm’s commercial construction projects. Seifert, a 30-year construction veteran, will manage the multi-family and assisted living projects at the firm.
Dining
Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar has a new leader in the kitchen: Russell Skall is now executive chef at the Newport Beach restaurant. Skall will be charged with the development of the menu while overseeing the purchase of all food and wine.
Healthcare
Barbara Shipnuck was named director of public affairs for the Orange County service area of Kaiser Permanente. Shipnuck will head the healthcare firm’s media and government relations while also leading the community outreach program.
TECHNOLOGY
Bill Sorenson has been named the engineering manager at Uniloc.com of Huntington Beach. Sorenson has managed operations of computer manufacturing for over 20 years in positions at Micros of Anaheim, Emulex Corp. in Costa Mesa and Control Data, Irvine.
