Brian B. Ruttencutter was elected vice president at large of Financial Executives International. He lives in North Tustin and has been a member since 1989. He served as a member of the board of Financial Executives Research Foundation from 2004 to 2006. He is the former president and chief executive of ABC Window Co. in Ontario.

Corey Henderson joined MetroPacific Bank as senior vice president of income property lending. Henderson has nearly 25 years of experience in investment property lending.
Irvine-based C.K. Cooper & Co. hired Joel Musante as a senior analyst in the oil and gas research department. Musante recently worked for Ferris Baker Watts Inc. as an oil and gas analyst. He has degrees in both finance and geophysics. Musante has nearly 10 years of experience as an equities analyst in the energy sector.
CONSTRUCTION
Santa Ana-based Sukut Construction Inc. promoted Eric Mauldin to president of its San Diego division. Mauldin is a veteran project manager and joined the company in 1996. Prior to Sukut, Mauldin was an engineer for Silverado Constructors. He will work out of Sukut’s Santa Ana and San Diego offices.
EDUCATION
Sergio Rodriguez joined the staff of Santiago Canyon College in Santa Ana as project manager. He will analyze, design, implement and maintain a new computer system. Rodriguez recently worked for Environmental Systems Research Institute Inc. where he worked as a consultant and project manager for six years.
ENVIRONMENT
Daniel B. Stephens & Associates Inc. named John J. Dodge senior hydrogeologist at its new office in Newport Beach. He has more than 20 years of experience in environmental hydrogeology, including site characterizations and investigations.
FINANCE
Anaheim-based Resource Financial added John M. Simurda as account executive. Simurda has five years of experience in small to midsize business markets. Resource Financial is an insurance, investment and employee benefits company.
HEALTHCARE
Medison America Inc. of Cypress hired Steven Morris as national account manager for North America. Morris has 28 years of experience in the healthcare industry. He most recently worked as national account manager for Cardinal Health Inc.

Jeremy Jungreis joined Nossaman Guthner Knox & Elliott LLP as of counsel. Jungreis is the programs vice chair for the American Bar Association Water Resources Committee. Nossaman also added three associates: Robert Horton, Alexis Osborne and Laura Walker.

KOCE-TV in Huntington Beach promoted Lisa Mayeda-Nichols as the station’s director of corporate and foundation relations. Before joining KOCE-TV, she was senior director of corporate relations at the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena for more than six years. During that time, corporate support at the college increased from $1 million to $4 million annually.
NONPROFIT
Project Access in Newport Beach named Mark Strauss to its board. Strauss has more than 26 years of commercial real estate, finance and management experience. He currently is managing director of capital markets at Cohen Financial in Newport Beach.
REAL ESTATE
Jennifer Stocks joined Keystone Pacific Property Management Inc. in Irvine as community association manager. Stocks will be responsible for six existing association management communities in OC and will manage inspections, board meetings and newsletters. She is a member of the California Association of Community Managers.
Bixby Land Co. hired James Estrada as director of leasing and Berkeley Davis as director of property management. Estrada has more than 20 years of real estate experience as a portfolio manager and leasing specialist. Before joining Bixby, Davis was a senior property manager at The Irvine Company.
Chris Dornin joined Newport Beach-based commercial real estate investment firm Chase Merritt LP as chief investment officer. Dornin directs the company’s investment management and acquisition activities and oversees portfolio management. Before joining Chase Merritt, he was a vice president with Newport Beach-based Buchanan Street Partners.
Sean Fitzpatrick joined Keystone Pacific Property Management Inc. in Irvine as community association manager. He will manage a portfolio of existing association communities and oversee property inspections, landscape walks, compliance deadlines and the production of community newsletters.
