Airshow Inc., Tustin, added account director Ron Worley to its sales and marketing team. Worley was employed by Honeywell International Inc. and has more than 20 years experience in the aviation industry.

Jill Lynch, a tax-relationship manager with Ceridian Corp., has been appointed to the board of the Orange County Chapter of the American Payroll Association. As vice president, Lynch will be responsible for monthly chapter programs, vendor donations and other executive committee tasks.

F.M. (Fred) Ameri, a senior vice president at RBF Consulting, Irvine, was re-appointed by Gov. Gray Davis to the California Regional Water Quality Board, Santa Ana region. Ameri resides in Newport Beach and is a member of the county’s development processing review committee and of the board of trustees of the World Affairs Council, Orange County Chapter.
HEALTHCARE
Aliso Viejo-resident Floyd Rhodes, senior vice president of SunBridge Health Care Group, has been elected secretary-treasurer of the board of the California Association of Health Facilities. The association has 1,500 members.

HirsonWexlerPerl appointed Catherine I. Mayou as a partner in its Newport Beach office. Mayou will focus on business-related immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, with an emphasis on the technology industry and business-immigration litigation.
MANAGEMENT
Costa Mesa-resident Richard “Wade” Kerley has been named director of marine services at Upper Newport Bay’s Newport Dunes Resort. Kerley was the Dunes’ marina facilities manager. He will oversee all operations at the 45-slip marina as well as the 444-space dry storage area and boat launch services.

Terri L. Frye has been hired as account executive at garden of e, a Newport Beach-based e-marketing firm. Frye will be responsible for marketing budgets, conducting research, formulating marketing proposals and media interface.
