Seal Beach-based Custom Building Products Inc., a maker of tile and stone products, promoted Donald L. Kuhns from director of finance to vice president of finance.
Steve Weinger was promoted from senior vice president of sales to senior vice president of sales and marketing at Cypress-based Toyo Tires U.S.A. Corp., a unit of Japan-based Toyo Tire and Rubber Co. Weinger joined the company in 1982.

Senior Services in South Orange County appointed Bob Stegner president. Stegner served on the nonprofit’s board for the past three years.
