The Balboa Performing Arts Theater Foundation named Mary Lonich executive director. She will be responsible for the foundation’s daily business, project construction and serve as spokesperson for the organization.
BUSINESS SERVICES
CoreLink Staffing Services of Irvine has hired Rozalyn Lucero and Ellen Southworth as business development managers in the company’s administration division. Lucero has experience in accounting, human resources and business development. Southworth has four years of experience in recruiting and business development.
CONSTRUCTION
Lyle Parks Jr. Inc. of Anaheim made several staff promotions. Bob Rabun has been promoted vice president of construction. Van Hester has been named senior project manager and project executive. Jesse Coria and Randolph Decker both have been promoted to project managers. Tim Middleton was hired by Lyle Parks as a project manager.
Robin Koenemann was named vice president of operations for the Luxury Group of John Laing Homes of Newport Beach. Koenemann will be responsible for all phases of construction in the Luxury Group. He is currently working on two Laing projects Nautilus at Crystal Cove and Castille at The Oaks of Calabasas. Previously, Koenemann worked for ten years at Capital Pacific Homes.

Hall & Foreman Inc., a civil engineering and surveying company based in Santa Ana has appointed Lou Ann Frederick as principal. Frederick will help direct strategic planning and business acquisition opportunities, oversee accounting, administration and facilities, human resources and the information technology group. She has more than 20 years experience in service, manufacturing and government sectors.
Gradient Engineers Inc. has promoted Kris Lutton president and chief executive of the Irvine-based environmental engineering consultant. Lutton has been with Gradient, a subsidiary of the Leighton Group Inc., for 12 years and most recently served as vice president. Lutton has experience in preliminary endangerment assessments, methane design and mitigation, dual-phase extraction and brownfield redevelopment.
HOSPITAL
Anaheim Memorial Center’s board of directors has three new officers and one new board member. Keith Nelson has been named chairman. Dr. Kay Bruce is the new vice chair. Vista Healthcare Inc. owner Roseann Gonzalez has been selected secretary. Anaheim City Manager David Morgan has been appointed as board member to serve a three-year term.
GOVERNMENT
Barry M. Gold of Barry M. Gold & Co. of Irvine has been appointed to the regulatory fairness board of the Small Business Administration. His three-year term started in August. The board provides advice and policy recommendations regarding regulatory issues.
MARKETING
ABC Cos., a Buffalo N.Y.-based commercial receivables management firm has named Annie Wei-Lun Lee deputy manager, global marketing. She will work out of the company’s Tustin office. She will be involved in global marketing, international relations and client initiatives.
Matthew Stringfellow has been promoted to project manager for the Peterson Group in Newport Beach. He will be responsible for leading client programs and projects including strategic sales and marketing programs, sales proposals, printed collateral materials, from conceptual stages through production and implementation.

Peter F. Bastone is the new chairman and Dr. Dipi Itchhaporia is the new president of the American Heart Association’s Orange County office. Bastone is president and chief executive of Mission Hospital Regional Medical Center in Mission Viejo. Itchhaporia has been staff cardiologist of Hoag Heart & Vascular Institute at Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian in Newport Beach since 1996.
Priscilla “Bo” Moore, executive director of the Marconi Automotive Museum and Founda-tion for Kids in Tustin, has been named chairman at Covenant House California in Hollywood. Covenant House is a shelter for runaways and at-risk youth between ages 19 to 23.
REAL ESTATE
Al Beaudette has been hired by real estate investment and development firm Lowe Enterprises to lead its corporate services group in its Irvine office. Beaudette has 25 years of commercial real estate experience. He will provide development, strategic planning and management services.
Gary Marquis has joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Orange Coast as executive vice president. As founding general partner of Voit Commercial, Marquis has more than 22 years experience in real estate brokerage.
VOLUNTEER
Crystal Kochendorfer has been elected chairwoman of the Children and Families Commission of Orange County. She is a former first-grade teacher and a three-time president of the Capistrano Unified School District board of directors.
