ARCHITECHURE

Lynne Dunn joined Taylor & Associates Architects in Newport Beach as an interior designer. Dunn’s 12 years of project design has included roles with Kaiser Permanente and San Antonio Community Hospital.


BANKING AND FINANCE

First Regional Capital Advisors LLC, added Betty Bishop Donellan to its commercial real estate finance practice group. Donellan, who has represented lender clients in California, specializes in regulatory compliance.


MARKETING AND PUBLIC RELATIONS

MORPACE International named Mark Ishimatsu research director of the Irvine firm. Prior to joining MORPACE, Ishimatsu was a senior consultant for Kaiser Permanente.


NONPROFITS

Kenya Lewitt has been named executive director of Laura’s House, a San Clemente facility for victims of domestic violence. Lewitt comes to Laura’s House from the Seventh Step Foundation in Hayward, Calif.

Sammy K. Duncan, president of Ralphs Grocery Company’s supermarket division, was elected chairman of the executive committee of the March of Dimes Southern California Chapter. He succeeds Donald Vodra, COO of Rancho Mission Viejo, for a one-year term.

Kids Konnected added Alex Samios, president of Papa John’s Pizza, to its board of directors. The program is designed to assist children who have a parent with cancer or have lost a parent to cancer.


REAL ESTATE

Steve Sprenger, an industrial specialist with the Anaheim office of Grubb & Ellis Co., was promoted to associate vice president. Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis, Sprenger worked in the trucking and warehousing industry for 15 years.

Pamela Huitt has been named Southern California director of business development and training for the Costa Mesa firm Real Estate Temps. With more than 16 years of experience, Huitt’s career has included new home sales, brokerage and escrow.

Shea Properties promoted Robert Bunyan to vice president of development and Eugene Spindler to vice president of the Southern California commercial division, overseeing development of the Baker Ranch. The Aliso Viejo real estate firm also promoted Lisa Whitney to vice president of property management and James Yoder to vice president of the Southern California commercial division overseeing development of retail, office and commercial projects.

William C. Keller joined the Builder Services Group for the Southern California division of Chicago Title. Keller will maintain professional affiliations within the Building Industry Association of Orange County, where he is on the board of directors.

Stacy Selby-Flake was appointed vice president and Anne Pettay was appointed department of real estate processor for the Southern California Division of Chicago Title.

The Counselors of Real Estate elected Joseph DeCarlo chairman and Wayne Silzel vice chairman of the Southern California Chapter.

Faris Lee Investments, a retail investment property brokerage firm in Irvine, appointed Richard Walter as senior managing director. He was previously president of MortgagePlan, a mortgage banking company.


RETAIL

El Pollo Loco named Dan Milojevich director of facilities. Milojevich will oversee maintenance support to all 126 company-operated El Pollo Loco restaurants and manage the company’s properties and corporate facilities.

Cheri Moise was named general manager at Burke Williams at the Block at Orange. Moise previously worked in management for four years with The House of Blues Music Co.


SECURITY

The Greater Alarm Company Inc. hired Marc Wilsey as CFO for the Irvine-based company. Wilsey previously worked with Tri-Ed, where he was controller and general manager for five years.


TECHNOLOGY

Erogo Inc., a developer of Internet billing procedures, named Stephen Giles vice president of professional services. Giles recently was a partner with Ernst & Young’s management consulting practice.

The California Manufacturing Technology Center appointed Katie Rieffanaugh vice president of human resources and development. Rieffanaugh will oversee employee safety and manage employee compensation, benefit, recruitment and development programs.

Aliso Viejo-based MindArrow Systems Inc. appointed Joseph N. Matlock Jr. to the board of directors. Matlock, a 25-year banking executive, is chairman and CEO of Iliad Partners and a board member of several Texas-based technology investment companies.

Procom Technology Inc., Santa Ana, added Parsa Rohani and John Bonne to its sales and marketing departments. Rohani is the company’s vice president of marketing and strategic planning, while Bonne is vice president of worldwide sales.

David Carnevale was appointed vice president of marketing and Jeffrey Powers was named vice president of sales at Huntington Beach-based MicroVault Corp., a provider of secure document delivery systems for the Internet.


UTILITIES

Mesa Consolidated Water District has appointed Bob McVicker to district engineer. McVicker has more than 16 years of experience in water resources engineering in both the public and private sectors.
