Jaguar North America, a unit of Irvine-based Premier Automotive Group, named Marti Eulberg executive vice president, marketing and sales. Eulberg previously was vice president for Volvo Europe sales.
Irvine-based Autobytel Inc., an auto online marketer, named George Roletter to the newly-created position of vice president, Web site operations. Jonathan Rosen was hired as senior vice president, Web business operations, also a new position for the company. Roletter was the former leader of AOL’s Studio operations. Rosen was the former head of strategy and business development for AOL’s Search Group.

RBF Consulting hired Jeremy Hohnbaum to the company’s storm water management unit in the Irvine office.
Carter & Burgess added Lorinda Hill and Bruce Greenfield in the firm’s Santa Ana office. Hill joined as marketing manager and Greenfield joined as associate, hospitality practice leader.
FINANCE
Trycera Financial Inc. in Newport Beach added Robert Lang as an independent member of its board. Lang is vice president of capital markets for The Irvine Company. Trycera is a financial services company that specializes in prepaid debit and catalog shopping card programs.

Irvine-based R.E. Chaix & Associates hired Stacy Martin as a commercial auto underwriter. Prior to joining R.E. Chaix & Associates, Martin was senior account coordinator at Crump E & S; of California.

John F. Simonis has been named the chair of the Orange County office of the international law firm of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP. Simonis is a partner in the firm’s real estate group, specializing in real estate transactions and development matters. Douglas A. Schaaf was named chair of the tax department at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker. Schaaf is a partner in the firm’s Orange County office, providing tax and business advice relating to complex business transactions and the issuance of financial instruments.

The Junior League of Orange County named Angela Rowe as president and elected board members for 2006-07. Jefferson Wells, an accounting and finance-related services provider, promoted Debbi Frazier to managing director of its Southern California offices in Irvine, Los Angeles and San Diego. Frazier will oversee service, operations, growth and business development for the company. She has been with Jefferson Wells for nearly four years, where she served as operations director for the Southern California offices.
