Irvine-based SK & A; Information Services Inc. added Cori La Rue as account manager. La Rue graduated from California State University, Fullerton.
Christopher Zachary, a skin specialist and dermatologist, was elected as dermatology department chair at UCI Medical Center. Zachary most recently was with the University of California, San Francisco.

Orange-based Word and Brown General Agency, a unit of the Word and Brown Cos., added Don Goldmann as vice president of national sales.

Nathan W. Hicks joined the Irvine office of Phoenix-based Snell & Wilmer LLP. Hicks formerly was with Bellon & Lisieki LLP.
MEDIA
Los Angeles-based U.S. International Media added John Vrba as senior vice president at its newly established Irvine office. Vrba was the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award in 1997 by the Orange County Advertising Club.

Catherine Hayes was named museum conservator at Mission San Juan Capistrano. Hayes most recently was associate conservator at the Sculpture Conservation Studio in Los Angeles.
Laguna Beach resident Lisa Wolter was named executive director at the Orange County affiliate of the Susan B. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. Wolter most recently was director of development and communications for Project Angel Food in Los Angeles.

Peter H. Belcher was added as vice president and controller at Orange-based R.C. Hobbs Co. Belcher most recently was with Howard, Howard & Barnard Inc.
RESTAURANT
Missoula, Mont.-based Black Angus Steakhouse appointed Mat-thew Zuckerman as general manager at its restaurant in Fullerton. Zuckerman is one of the youngest managers in the company’s history.

Steven M. Richards was named vice president, chief financial officer and secretary at Santa Ana-based TTM Technologies Inc. Richards joined the company in 2000.
