Santa Ana-based Sukut Construction Inc. added Lawrence Damore as a project manager. Damore previously was with Yeager Skanska Inc.
EDUCATION
Peter John Hardash was appointed as vice chancellor of business operations and fiscal services for Rancho Santiago Community College District in Santa Ana. Hardash has worked for the past nine years as chief business official/chief financial officer for various community colleges.
EMPLOYMENT
Atlanta-based Tatum LLC, which provides financial and information technology workers, named Michael Kelly associate managing partner for Southern California. Tatum recently combined with Spinnaker Financial Resources in Irvine. Kelly founded Spinnaker.
FINANCIAL SERVICES
Costa Mesa-based Experian Group, a global financial information company, named Scott Wheeler chief financial officer of Experian Americas. Prior to joining Experian, Wheeler was vice president of finance and information systems for Avery Dennison Inc.
NONPROFIT
Greg Bradbard was named executive director of Court Appointed Special Advocates of Orange County. Bradbard served as the nonprofit’s director of development for the past five years.
PRINTING
Mission Viejo-based Franchise Services Inc., the parent company of Sir Speedy, PIP, Copies Now, MultiCopy, inkTone, Digital Quickcolor and TeamLogic IT, appointed Keith Galus as vice president of marketing. Galus previously served as senior vice president of marketing for Fantastic Sams.

Rick Van Nieuwburg joined the M4 Strategies team as senior vice president and the Jury Impact team as principal. M4 Strategies is a public affairs and messaging company in Costa Mesa. Jury Impact is a public policy and public affairs messaging firm affiliated with M4 Strategies. Van Nieuwburg has 13 years of experience in public affairs and politics.
REAL ESTATE
Santa Ana-based Urban+West, a developer of mixed-use and commercial office properties, appointed Erich H. Goodbody to lead its finance operations and hired Kimberly Hutchings as a project manager.
Don Stanek was appointed regional sales manager for Roddel & Associates, a new home sales and marketing company in Tustin. Prior to joining Roddel & Associates, Stanek was the sales and marketing director for Intracorp San Diego and Hawaii.
Wells Fargo Home Mortgage appointed David Manzer as area manager for North Orange County. Manzer joined Wells Fargo in 1996 as a mortgage loan officer.
Tim McSunas joined the Shopoff Group, a private real estate investment company in Irvine, as vice president, land acquisitions. McSunas was previously with Taylor Woodrow Homes where he served as division president for Southern California.
SERVICES
Waste Management of Orange County hired Joe Romero as the outside sales representative for Waste Management’s transfer stations in Orange and Irvine. Romero formerly was the account manager for Athens Disposal Services in Riverside.
TECHNOLOGY
Irvine-based Mavent Inc., a software provider for the mortgage industry, added technology industry veteran Kenneth C. Taylor as senior vice president, chief technology officer. Taylor has more than 20 years of experience in information technology and most previously served as senior vice president and chief information officer at Orange-based Argent Mortgage Co.
Gil Amelio of Acquicor Technology Inc., and former chief executive of Apple Computer Inc., joined the board of Irvine’s SmartLabs Inc. Charlie Jarebek, chief executive of Osram Sylvania Inc., also joined the board as a special adviser.
Santa Ana-based Ingram Micro Inc., the world’s largest distributor of computer products, appointed Jim Trainor as senior director, corporate communications. Trainor previously worked for Sirva, a moving and relocation services company, as vice president of corporate communications, and for Ford Motor Co.
