Panattoni Development Co. LLC, Newport Beach, has partnered with San Francisco-based Bristol Group Inc. to construct build-to-suit distribution and manufacturing facilities on the remaining 140 undeveloped acres of the Sycamore Canyon Logistics Center in Riverside.
Bristol, which owns most of the land, also has contracted with CB Richard Ellis’ Ontario and Anaheim offices to market space in the center.
The center, at the southeast intersection of the I-215 and 60 freeways, is anchored by a Ralphs Distribution Center that covers 1.2 million square feet and a distribution facility operated by Pepsi Bottling Group Inc. that covers 205,000 square feet.
