An investment group has sold Olympiad Plaza in Mission Viejo to an unnamed investor for $18 million.
The partnership includes Beachwood, Ohio-based Developers Diversified Realty Corp., New York-based Coventry Real Estate Partners, and Parsippany, N.J.-based Prudential Real Estate Investors.
Olympiad Plaza, a neighborhood shopping center, is 45,600 square feet, minus an Albertson’s that anchors the mall, but isn’t part of the sale.
The partners also sold a portion of the Plaza at Puente Hills in Industry to a separate private investor for $33.2 million. The trio’s 180,000-square-foot piece of the mall includes Office Depot and Sam Ash Music.
In 2001, the investment group bought both properties from Burnham Pacific Properties Inc. in San Diego.
