Goveia Commercial Real Estate sold an office building in Irvine for $8.9 million to Wind Water Realty Advisers Inc.
The two-story, 40,268-square-foot property is at 2860 Michelle Drive.
The building was 82% vacant at the time of sale, and the new owners plan to transform the property and market more than 34,000 square feet of available space, according to data service provider CoStar Group Inc.
Brokers involved in the deal included CBRE Group Inc.’s Gregg Haly, as well as Lin Stinson of Segovia Partners.
Haly and Stinson represented the seller, and the buyer handled the sale in-house.
