In a turbulent sub-prime industry, LoansDirect Inc., an online sub-prime mortgage lender based in Huntington Beach, entered into a definitive partnership agreement with Homestartz.com, a service that matches new-home builders with potential buyers online. The partnership establishes LoansDirect as Homestartz’s exclusive provider of first trust deed loans.
LoansDirect also made an agreement with Digital Insight to jointly market LoansDirect’s virtual mortgage store portals. Calabasas-based Digital Insight provides Internet banking systems for community financial institutions. More than 730 banks, credit unions and other financial institutions have contracted with Digital Insight for services.
